Our Programs

We are FC Exeter

FC Exeter (formerly Exeter Youth Soccer Association) is a non-profit, private travel soccer club located in the Seacoast region of New Hampshire serving families in the towns of Exeter, Kensington, Stratham, Newfields, Brentwood and East Kingston. Its mission is to support the development of happy, healthy and productive youth through competitive soccer. The organization fosters robust participation in its soccer programs, positive feedback and the success of its teams. FC Exeter competes primarily in the Northern New England Soccer League (NNESL). We offer travel teams from youth (fall/spring) thru high school (spring) divisions U8 thru U19. FC Exeter is a proud member of U.S. Youth Soccer.

Youth Division - Fall & Spring Overview

The youth soccer training program is U8/9-U15 (up to 8th grade). Fall practices are twice weekly and Spring once weekly. FC Exeter coaches receive training and age-appropriate soccer drills, game play and sportsmanship goals to share with their players. The fall starts with a preseason jamboree for all ages at the end of August, with regular-season travel games starting after Labor Day played on the weekends. Additionally, FC Exeter teams compete in a non-league tournament on Columbus Day weekend in October. All U11 teams and older can qualify for league playoffs & championship tourneys at the end of the regular season.

Academy Program

Integrated within the Youth Division is the Academy Program. This soccer training program is for our U8-U10 age groups and includes Academy-style, collaborative practice as well as practice plans and coaching support from our partners at Seacoast United (SUSC). The fall practices are twice weekly and spring once weekly at either Exeter Rec or Brentwood Rec field. FC Exeter coaches receive training and age-appropriate soccer drills, game play and sportsmanship goals to share with their players. Travel league competitive games are played on the weekends.

High School Division

The High School Division is available in the spring and extends competitive play once players age out of the Youth Division. FC Exeter offers players at the high school level an affordable option to continue spring travel play within the club's established administrative framework, including utilization and access to our experienced coaching resources.  This program promotes further development of the club's players through the older age brackets, and over the last decade has emerged as the pre-eminent high school age town travel program on the Seacoast.  Players eligible are high school students in U16-U19 age brackets.  Refer to the US Club Soccer Age Chart for division level by birth year located below.
